|Recommended: YesGazebo apartments are clean, spacious, and relatively well-kept. — Our only complaint so far is the noise. We can hear our downstairs neighbor's TV and conversations and she can hear noise from our apartment as well. Other than that we haven't had any issues. Very spacious and clean, the view is nice compared to many other places. So far everyone has been friendly.
Grace, Thank you so much for taking your time to review Gazebo and all of the great things you said. We are happy you chose to make Gazebo your home. I'm sorry to hear that there's been noise issues. I wanted to give you the number for DPSA (district Public Safety Association) 417-449-4265 please feel free to call them if the noise becomes excessive especially during quiet hours of 10-6. Thank you

The stove is a little on the ancient side and could use an upgrade into the 21st century. But hey, it works just fine. The neighbors are very nice, those who I've met. Thankfully, no riff-raff. The outdoor aesthetics - lawn, fixtures, paint, pool - all look well-maintained. As is the laundryroom. There's nothing that can be done about the high traffic noise, but I do manage to block it out. It is what it is. So overall, it's been really nice. Can't complain.

I do like living here. I have been here since 2000 at Gazebo in various apts and its home but I feel rent is a bit high compared to other non TLC companies.

|Recommended: YesIt's quiet. — It good, staff is very helpfully and understanding. Rent is a bit high concidering other apts but is nice place to live and you only get what you pay for.
